Produced by Jamison Savage at the renowned Finca Deborah in Panama and roasted to preserve its clarity and structure, these coffee pods showcase one of the most refined expressions of classic Geisha coffee.

In the cup, Terroir opens with bright raspberry acidity followed by lifted bergamot citrus that adds precision and freshness. Delicate jasmine florals emerge through the finish, giving the espresso an aromatic elegance that lingers gracefully. Subtle sweetness and mineral clarity keep the profile focused and transparent, allowing each layer of flavor to unfold naturally. This coffee is a washed Geisha grown at Finca Deborah in Panamas Chiriquí region at elevations above 1900 meters. The farms volcanic soil, rainforest climate, and shade-grown conditions contribute to the coffees exceptional clarity and aromatic complexity. The washed process emphasizes purity and terroir expression, allowing the coffees natural acidity, floral notes, and sweetness to remain vivid and precise. Terroir earned global recognition by placing third at the 2024 World Barista Championship.
