The Helm snaps directly onto the actual device in two pieces, one for the top, one for the bottom, engineered to the exact shape of a MacBook instead of a rough approximation of whatever's around. It stays on through actual use, opened, closed, carried, set down, without sliding off or bunching up the way a universal sleeve does the moment it leaves a desk.

Precision-engineered cutouts leave every port, button, and speaker fully accessible, and strategic ventilation on the bottom keeps it from overheating during a long stretch of actual work. Oil-waxed full-grain leather wraps the outside and develops its own patina the longer it's carried, while a microfiber lining protects the inside from scratches and scuffs without adding bulk.
