Hip Hook (Mark)

If you’ve tried PT, massage, stretching, and the pain keeps coming back, the problem is likely not where you’re feeling it. The iliacus and psoas, the deep hip flexors at the center of your body’s alignment, are the muscles most conventional tools simply can’t reach.

The Hip Hook (Mark) was designed by a physical therapist specifically to target them, replicating a hands-on clinical technique that previously required an office visit. Its precision tip and rotating mechanism apply angular pressure that flat tools, balls, and rollers can't reproduce. The rotation is what reaches the iliacus.

In one randomized controlled trial, participants experienced a 27% reduction in pain after a single 90-second session.* Because the iliacus and psoas sit at the center of the body’s alignment, releasing them is the first step, and often the most impactful one, toward resolving pain that has traveled far from its source.

* In a randomized controlled trial of 25 participants with chronic lower back pain. Results may vary.
