Chef Claudette Zepeda Chef's Knife - 7"

Claudette Zepeda expresses her unique style in this 7" Chef's knife collaboration.  The knife design is lightweight and versatile.  Its warm Olive wood handle has a contoured pommel for a sure, comfortable grip with any sized kitchen task. Our 80/20 blade grind produces a thin yet rigid blade and the ballistic clip point adds strength to the tip.  The swept edge geometry and cambered handle make the knife exceptionally responsive and lively when used on a cutting board.  Staying sharp is key, so we used Nitro-cobalt steel which will hold a terrific edge that is easy to restore.
