Canon AE-1 35mm SLR Film Camera Classic Manual Focus with Shutter Priority w/ Kit Lens

Rediscover the deliberate pace and hands-on satisfaction of shooting film. The Canon AE-1 35mm SLR film camera combines classic manual focusing with shutter-priority automatic exposure, making it approachable for beginners while offering the creative control experienced photographers appreciate.

First released in 1976 and made in Japan, the Canon AE-1 helped introduce electronic exposure control to a generation of film photographers. Choose your shutter speed to control how motion appears, and the camera selects a suitable aperture when used with a compatible Canon FD lens. You can also switch to manual exposure for complete control over your settings.

A built-in center-weighted light meter helps guide exposure, while split-image and microprism focusing aids make precise manual focusing easier. The included 50mm lens provides a natural-looking angle of view suited to portraits, street photography, travel, and everyday moments.
