Zignum is an exceptionally smooth, refined Mezcal for people who are looking to taste something different—the true essence of Espadín agave. The Maestro Mezcalero steams the agave piñas instead of smoking or roasting them to allow the true character of the Espadín to shine.

Zignum Joven is not aged after distillation. It has slight notes of citrus and sweet green agave. Given its production processes, this mezcal does not have a smokey character like mezcal made in a more traditional setting.

Zignum Reposado is aged 9 months in new medium toasted American oak barrels. The agave used in this mezcal are not smoked, so it will not have a smokey character. It has a light body with notes of raisins, banana, and vanilla.
