Nicaragua is an estate coffee from the Las Mercedes coffee region of Nicaragua. There is a very sweet citrus acidity that blends into a nice caramel-chocolate undertone. A slight floral earthiness brings the flavors together into a nice balance. This is a very well balanced and delightful coffee.

Colombian Supremo is a medium-dark roast, with a full, rich body. A blend that is high in flavor with notes of chocolate and caramel that shine through in this tremendously balanced coffee.

Hand selected from Brazil's Famous Ipanema Farms, the naturally processed, mountain grown, 100% tree dried beans in Brazil show a very pleasant acidity, medium body, intense flavor and a long sweet finish with a distinct note of chocolate.
