Nicaragua is an estate coffee from the Las Mercedes coffee region of Nicaragua. There is a very sweet citrus acidity that blends into a nice caramel-chocolate undertone. A slight floral earthiness bring the flavors together into a nice balance. This is a very well balanced and delightful coffee.
