A tribute to Oregon’s legendary Willamette Valley wine country, Westward Pinot Noir Cask Single Malt is an elegant whiskey influenced by the region’s premier grape varietal. While others look within whiskey to innovate with sherry and port cask finishes, Westward looks beyond it for a a twist on tradition to honor the American Northwest. They source French Oak wine casks from a handful of award-winning producers in the region and allow their original single malt to mature for up to two years. The incredible flavors of this cask-finished whiskey reflect the vibrance of the valley's signature grape while allowing the bold, robust notes of the whiskey to shine through.
