Hibiscus + Ginger features brilliant red syrup made from fresh pressed hibiscus flowers and a hint of ginger. They offer an intense sweet and sour punch for your next signature creation.

For fans of pickles, a dirty martini, or a Bloody Mary, the Gin Spiced Pickle lotus slices are pickled with the left over botanicals from gin distilling at the Wild Hibiscus distillery near the Blue Mountains in Australia. A birds eye chili is added for a spicy kick at the end. Use the juice from the jar as well as a balanced and intriguing hot sauce.

Deep blue Lotus Root Slices colored with butterfly pea flowers from the Wild Hibiscus farm are then combined with organic elderflowers to create a garnish and juice that are will change color in cocktail applications backed by the subtle but crisp floral funk of elderflower.

Perfect for the cocktail enthusiast, these Flower Extract Concentrates are made with natural ingredients.

Butterfly pea flowers are naturally blue, but change color when exposed to citrus, turning from blue to royal purple and pink.

Hibiscus extract is just two ingredients, juice from fresh pressed hibiscus flowers and cane sugar.
