For fans of pickles, a dirty martini, or a Bloody Mary, the Gin Spiced Pickle lotus slices are pickled with the left over botanicals from gin distilling at the Wild Hibiscus distillery near the Blue Mountains in Australia. A birds eye chili is added for a spicy kick at the end. Use the juice from the jar as well as a balanced and intriguing hot sauce.
Deep blue Lotus Root Slices colored with butterfly pea flowers from the Wild Hibiscus farm are then combined with organic elderflowers to create a garnish and juice that are will change color in cocktail applications backed by the subtle but crisp floral funk of elderflower.
