Does this come with the cleaning formula and cloth?

The cleaning kit is not included.
You can simply use water with a cloth which works perfectly.

How long can you use the pens?

The pen has a life span of between 6 to 9 months depending on your use.

Can I use standard erasable pens?

In theory yes, however, we cannot guarantee that the ink used will be exact that is needed for our WhyNote book. You can always reorder pens by the unit on our website.
