Wellograph is an activity tracker, a heart rate monitor and a running watch in one that delivers live, insightful information about the wearer’s activity through simple infographic interface. Wellograph senses the quality of your activities thanks to the integrated heart rate sensor, tracking not just how much you have moved, but more importantly how hard you have exercised.
The Wellograph design conceptualizes a healthy heartbeat and represents it through gentle convex surfaces, the tactile sensation of a pulse pushing upward. The Heart Pumped Surface is designed into all of the high touched areas, such as the domed sapphire crystal, the machined aluminum side buttons, and the aluminum case back. The spherically cut part-line divides the top and the bottom watchcase, creating a two-tone finish that enhances the thinness of the watch. And while you don't need to enable the app, it can take the Wellograph to even more wondrous levels, conveniently summarizing your week so you can share info and improve.

About the Designer
Pichaya Puttorngul has always been interested in technology and design for as long as he can remember. Puttorngul has been a professional product design practitioner since 2002. He worked closely with Swiss designer Yves Behar at Fuseproject in San Francisco and New York for 9 years. He is now based in Bangkok, Thailand as an independent product designer.
The sound of a healthy heartbeat is the inspiration for Wellograph. Its tactility sensation is translated by the gentle convex surfaces throughout the design.
Pichaya’s one simple hope is to continue to create good designs with good intentions that affect people. He is currently working on new and exciting feature updates for Wellograph in 2015.
