The most famous of all the aviation watches ever made was the first one created specifically for pilots by Breitling. Today, pilots all over the globe continue to wear the Navitimer, and as it surpassed its 60th birthday in 2012, it was the watch of choice for the United States Air Force. John Travolta, famous owner and pilot of a Boeing 707 and a Bombardier Challenger 601, is one of the wearers as ambassador of the brand. The Breitling Navitimer is one of the most recognizable watches because it has so many unique and distinct features.

Celebrated in this print is the Navitimer 01, the most recent release of this watch. The anchored yellow-gold B-winged logo is prominently displayed, and the center black dial and surrounding silvery white slide rule, the watch appears smaller than its 43mm size. This lithographic print comes from a limited edition of 500 and is pressed locally in Long Island City, New York on 100lb FSC certified archival cover stock using the best Van Sons Elite soy based inks.
