Does this really have a light in it or just look like it does?

There are no lights on the piece, it's just accentuated on the canvas.

Is that neon/fluorescent paint that lines the crown?

The artwork is printed utilizing ultra-chrome inks and the giclee printing method. The ink used on the crown is the same type of ink used all over the canvas. The colors depicted on the crown were intended to have a neon look.

What size frame is used above in the photo?

The image depicted in the room setting is closer to the 40 x 26 x 1.5" size option.
