The Expedition North Pole is inspired by a research adventure of Russia in the 1930s. A floating ice station that started at the North Pole and wen over 2,900 kilometers during a 9-month journey. Elegantly clean design is excellent for both everyday wear and the special occasion.
The 2432 models come installed with the proprietary Russian Vostok movement that only Vostok-Europe can use. It has a GMT readout and day/night indicator. The K1 mineral crystal is 4 mm thick and is a 5 on the Mohs scale – regular mineral is 5 and sapphire is 9. This makes the specially manufactured K1 near the scratch resistance of sapphire and close to shatter resistance of mineral. The best option for sport's watches designed for going to extremes like the Mriya. All styles have superluminova on all hands and indicators. This particular model has a fully luminous dial.
