Do you make any with built in air conditioning and heating?No. However, the Parasol acts as a sunshade and has small air holes in the fabric to allow air to blow through. The day bed rotates 360º so sunshade can be easily achieved.
Is this waterproof or water resistant?Yes, Each component is made for outdoor use. The materials can withstand extreme weather conditions. The daybed has built-in drainage to allow the cushions to drain and dry.
