Product Description
Originally launched in 2008, this dynamic, yet classic design uses a custom inverted LCD display with an electroluminescent backlight and simple time/date functions. Combined with its stainless steel brushed face plate, the V01EL is complete with mineral glass crystal and a high quality leather strap.
The perfectly proportioned half glass, half stainless steel front is inspired by the horizon - the line where sky and sea meet - a coming together of the elements and a reconciliation of opposites.

About the Designer
Born in Sweden in 1977, David Ericsson has always been fascinated with the process of creating products, from idea to delivery to the end user. After graduating as an engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, he started to work for one of Sweden’s largest industrial design firms, where he gradually shifted his attention towards design. With a technical background, his design approach is often to keep things as simple as possible, but with a unique twist.
