Product Description
The V02 shares the same case design as the V01EL, but uses an unusual way to tell the time. Equipped with two compass needle hands, the short hand representing the hours and the long hand indicating the minutes as on any regular watch, each hand has one red and one white tip at opposite ends where each colored tip corresponds to the digit with the matching color on the dial. By changing the traditional way to display time the user is encouraged to reflect on its value. Most users however, use it as an excuse to be late!

About the Designer
Born in Sweden in 1977, David Ericsson has always been fascinated with the process of creating products, from idea to delivery to the end user. After graduating as an engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, he started to work for one of Sweden’s largest industrial design firms, where he gradually shifted his attention towards design. With a technical background, his design approach is often to keep things as simple as possible, but with a unique twist.
