Can you boil water?

We don't recommend boiling water on the cooker.

How does it work? Do you add boiling water to it? How long do you steep before you can drink?

It is a regular tea maker. You put a tea or herbs into the steel infuser and then add water through infuser as well. The time of brewing depends on your personal preferences.
