Veuve Ambal is a family-run winery established over 100 years ago in the heart of the Burgundy region. It was founded by Marie Ambal, a widow of a Parisian banker, when she returned to her native village of Rully to join her brother, a wine lover and wine broker. Marie Ambal's grandson Charles RouxAmbal, followed by his grandson and current President Eric Piffaut, have continued to build on Marie’s philosophy of quality, and the combination of tradition and modernity which is the signature of Veuve Ambal. With over 250 hectares of vineyards in 6 regions across Burgundy, Veuve Ambal counts itself amongst the major owner-producers in the Burgundy region.

Made in the traditional Champenoise Method, this Veuve Ambal Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé, is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay with fine bubbles. It is a pale pink color with a nose that shows notes of red fruits and grenadine. In the mouth, are lovely fruity flavors of raspberry and currant.
