FAQ
How often does it need to be sharpened? Will the color fade or change when it is sharpened?

Sharpening is optional and in my personal experience not necessary when the knife is used for small everyday tasks like opening packages. If your knife is anodized, sharpening will indeed remove the color from the blade edge. The result is a different appearance; a matter of taste.

How sharp is this? When dull, is it easy to correctly sharpen it back to the original sharpness?

It's sharp enough for every day cutting tasks, like opening packages. However, it's not as sharp as a scalpel. It comes with a sharpening tool that can be used to restore the edge.
