John Fawcett has spent over 20 years designing consumer products, but regularly has ideas of his own. He first launched Une Bobine on the crowd funded site Kickstarter as a way to fund this idea and share it with others. Une Bobine quickly proved to be smashing success and was fully funded in just three short days. The project finished at over 2000% funding, and over 12,000 units were sold through Kickstarter alone in just over a month’s time.
