Is there a spare battery?You can purchase a spare battery separately. Each bike comes with one battery and a charger.
Does it need a tag?If you are referring to a license plate, yes you do in most states. Most states will recognize the 2x2 as a moped or scooter for street use. This means that you only need a drivers license to operate. The 2x2 comes with an MCO which you would take to our local DMV for titling and registration is applicable. Always recommended checking your states DMV website. If you are planning on riding off-road only, it would be classified in most states similar to a motorized dirt bike.
Do you need a motorcycle license?It depends on the state you live in. In most states, you do not as the 2x2 is classified as a moped or motor-driven cycle. 30mph max speed. You only need a driver's license to operate. It's best to check your state laws before using.
