Both the Black Truffle Oil and White Truffle Oil involve shaving the highest quality truffles and expertly blending them with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavors and aromas are not damaged. A few drops will bring dishes to life.

Made from locally sourced ingredients, the English Truffle Oil features shaved English black truffles foraged in Southern England. These truffles are expertly blend with an award winning extra virgin, cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Oxfordshire for a unique flavor.

This White Truffle Honey starts with organic Acacia honey made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree. Acacia honey is much slower to crystallize than other varieties of honey, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. The honey is blended with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings.

The Flaked Black Truffle Sea Salt starts with pure sea salt flakes harvested from Cornish seawater. The seawater is filtered to remove impurities and gently heated to form the salt flakes. It is then expertly blended with highest quality European Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum). The delicate, mineral-rich salt flakes are selected because of their unique hit on the palette which quickly withdraws and then enhances the flavor of the black truffle.

Finally, the Minced Black Truffle and Black Truffle Slices are made from the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum), and expertly preserved in olive oil. Fresh truffles are sliced and preserved at the peak of the season, when they are at their most flavorful. The preservation process extends the life of the truffle by as much as 18 months, allowing you to enjoy the incredible taste of truffle at any time of year.

For the Black Truffle Slices, the truffles are shaved into 2mm thick slices. The slices are then soaked in a salt brine to enhance their natural flavor, before being preserved in olive oil.
