Tagliatelle, derived from the Italian word tagliare – meaning “to cut” – refers to a type of pasta originating from the Marche region of Italy, which is where TruffleHunter was founded. Working with expert pasta makers in the region to ensure the tagliatelle's authenticity, the pasta should be cooked in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Simply drain pasta, toss with a tablespoon of TruffleHunter Black Truffle Oil, and finish with finely grated parmigiana.

The Black Truffle Crisps are made with locally grown English potatoes for quality flavor. The potatoes are thinly sliced and hand fried in small batches, then sprinkled with TruffleHunter's special Black Truffle Powder for that intense finish.

The handmade strazzapreti is made in San Ginesio by the local pasta makers at Terra Nostra. It's made from 100% local durum wheat and water from a natural spring in the Sibillini Mountains.
