Trigger Point Rocker
Product Description
The Trigger Point Rocker (TPR) combines the hands-on clinical experience of Dr. Aaron Fu, DPT, with the science behind myofascial release therapy to help relieve neck, shoulder, and lower back pain at home. Place the TPR on the floor, position your back along the curvature of the device, and lie back for 10-15 minutes for focused pressure that will renew and reinvigorate muscles.
The TPR is designed to be durable with a max weight capacity of 300 lb. By changing the positioning of your body while using the TPR, you can target specific areas to get the maximum benefits no matter your height or body type. TPR is also engraved with a QR code for access to an online archive of different exercises and stretches that help you take your well-being into your own hands. Finally, nirvana for your back!

FAQ
No, we recommend using the Trigger Point Rocker for only 10-15 min/day.
Is it for exercising or just laying on?Both. You can use it to relax or pair it with exercises.
What is the weight limit? The weight limit is 300 lb
Is this "one size fits all"?The TPR was designed with the understanding that each individual has variations in their body size and type. By changing the positioning of the body while using the TPR, it allows the user to target specific areas to get the maximum benefits. Although you don’t have to be a specific height to use the TPR, it is most effective for users between the height range of 5’0" and 6’6".
What’s the difference of standard and firm? The main difference is how much pressure you as the user prefer. If you prefer deep tissue massage, then the heavy firmness might be a better fit for you. Both the standard firmness and heavy firmness have the same benefits. It is only a matter of preference to how much pressure you would like when using the Trigger Point Rocker. If the tissue is very aggravated, we recommend going with the standard firmness as the heavy firmness will be too intense. If it's a chronic dull ache and you know that you prefer deep tissue work, then the heavy firmness might be for you.
