This large volume strainer will eliminate your kitchen clutter while serving all your needs. The durable design is tough enough to handle hot potatoes, yet flexible enough to collapse and store without taking up cupboard space.

Boje and Normann Copenhagen, in cooperation with engineers, developed the strainer's special soft material - flexible enough to fold together, hard enough to keep its shape, and durable enough to withstand cold and heat as well as the repetitive folding. The end product speaks for itself and apart from being space-saving and easy to clean the funnel is aesthetic.

Winner of the Good Design Award in 2005 and L'Observeur du Design in 2006.

Boje Estermann

Boje Estermann is educated within marketing management. After working several years in the private sector he spent 8 years as CEO for a French company, so it was quite a career change, when he decided to enter the school of Design "ENSCI- Les Ateliers" in Paris. But he did it and graduated in 1999. In 2000 he founded the design studio "request", which later became "Boje Estermann Design Studio".
