Cooling Instructions:
— Insert gels into a clean, sealed bag and place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
— Gels can be stored in freezer until ready to use. Gels will remain flexible when frozen.
Heating Instructions:
— Microwave each individual gel pad for 15-20 seconds per side.
— Remove carefully from microwave as gels may be extremely hot.
— Total heating time not to exceed 40 seconds per gel pad. Gels should be warm to the touch, not hot.
