What is 1.50 D?

+1.5 Diopter is the strength of the reading glasses. You can choose
from +1.00, +1.50, +2.00, or + 2.50. Each range covers a .5 spread (ie: +1.50 will cover from +1.25 to +1.75).

Can I buy these and put prescription lenses in?

These glasses are one mold and it is not possible to change out the lenses.
