The limited edition Cascade Moon is a nod to their history of making whisky ‘as mellow as moonlight,’ Taking cues from the vintage advertising of Cascade Hollow and the world of George Dickel, it strikes a balance between tradition and the contemporary.

Nose is bright and fruity, with notes of raspberries, pineapple and coconut. Surprising savory grain character on the palate with a hint of brothy salinity, and a delicate finish.
