The Rocket Grinder does not require a screen, but it does come with one.

How much herb can it grand at once?

It's recommended to grind about a half a gram at a time.

Is this the pipe and grinder?

This is only the Rocket Grinder (Hippie Pipe sold separately) - The top part functions as a grinder. The second part is a carrying container, filled by the grinder. The bottom part twists off, and it can also be used as a one-hitter pipe. And removing that pipe part will allow the use of the funnel on the bottom of the chamber to fill up a portable vaporizer.

Are the teeth steel or plastic?

The teeth are steel.
