The Heritage Periodic Table is a miniature representation of the periodic table of elements – with the actual elements embedded inside! The collection contains 83 individual element samples, giving you an up-close and personal, first-hand look at the fundamental building blocks of our world.

Although several elements within the Periodic Table are dangerous, the collection is safe to handle and store. Due to their rarity and radioactivity, Technetium and Promethium were excluded from the collection. Except for Uranium and Thorium, elements 84 (Polonium) through 118 (Oganesson) were also excluded.

Does this actually come with uranium or uuu?

The Periodic Table contains a sample of Autunite (Ca(UO₂)₂(PO₄)₂) which is a naturally occurring ore of uranium. The ore is approximately 50% uranium by weight and is legal to ship due to its natural occurrence.

Is there an actual sample of Iridium in this?

Yes, we use pure Iridium powder suspended in resin for the Iridium sample.

What object would you compare this to in size?

The periodic table is 4.5 inches in height and 6 inches wide. The thickness
is 1 inch. They are about the size of a book or slightly smaller than a 5x7
photo.
