Hi® The Herbal Infuser® is a sleek, modern, Italian-designed kitchen appliance that allows you to infuse your favorite herb into a base of butter, oil, or alcohol in as little as 45 minutes. Expertly constructed and equipped with a motor that will last for years, The Herbal Infuser is a welcome attraction in any modern kitchen.

The Herbal Infuser comes complete with all of the tools necessary to create a month’s worth of edibles with one single use. You provide your desired herbs and the base of choice and HI handles the rest— eliminating all the guesswork so that you can produce consistently superior results with the touch of a button.

Place your herbs into the stainless steel cook barrel along with a minimum of 2.5 cups of liquid oil, melted butter, or alcohol, then close the lid and select the Mighty Fast Cycle that works best for you. The unique Mighty Fast Technology is preprogrammed with 4 automated, one-button infusion cycles, programmed to heat, grind, and blend throughout the chosen cycle so you can easily customize your infusions. The LED countdown timer on the top function lid will let you know exactly how much time is left on the infusion cycle. When the cycle is completed, the unit will beep several times letting you know it’s ready.

The Herbal Infuser also provides a 2-step filtration process that results in a highly purified infusions. The fine mesh strainer is designed to fit securely over the included measuring cup, which captures all the larger particulates. The addition of an eco-friendly Hi Organic Hemp Filter makes it easy to capture any small particulates that may be left over from the first filtration. This hemp filter is designed for maximum durability to compliment its unique ability for sediment filtration— simply hand wash or machine wash and line dry after each use.

Once filtered, your infused butter, oil, or alcohol is ready to use so you can create your own infused meals, edibles, or skincare. You can store your infused butter in a sealed container in the refrigerator up to 3-6 months, while oil and alcohol can be placed inside a sealed container and stored non-refrigerated for up to 6 months.

Cleaning The Herbal Infuser is just as simple. All you have to do is fill it with water between the MIN and MAX lines, add a couple of drops of dishwashing soap, and press Mighty Clean. Once complete, take a soft cloth or towel and wipe the remaining parts clean— it's that easy! Now you have the freedom to create herbal edibles, tinctures, and more in the privacy of your home, and without all the hassle.
