And now after years of research, Guillotine and Petrossian have come together to develop the world’s first method of distilling caviar into vodka.
The limited edition Guillotine Ossetra Caviar Vodka is a true feat when it comes to flavor. It's distilled with only the finest caviar—20g of Ossetra Tsar Impérial® caviar per liter to be exact. This vodka is made with white and black grapes chosen from vineyards in the Aÿ-Champagne wine region, which are fermented and distilled in a 100-year old distillery following traditional French standards.
Tasting Notes
It's delicate on the nose with a hint of brininess and an almost smoky aroma. To the palate, it reveals delicate flavors with iodized notes reminiscent of caviar and a hint of smokiness, balanced by the citrus freshness of the original Guillotine Vodka.
