Signature Single Malt
Made from 100% malted barley, it's aged a minimum of three years in a combination of Bourbon, Sherry, and Cuvée Casks. Virginia’s hot summers and cool winters allow the spirit to age at a rate faster than its counterparts in Scotland while imparting incredible depth. Bottled at 92 proof, it showcases its natural color and is not chill filtered.

With notes of caramel and butterscotch, this signature American Single Malt, evolves on the palate with hints of bright red fruit, raspberry, cocoa, barrel spice and vanilla. The finish is creamy and exceptionally smooth.

Bourbon Cask Single Malt
Aged a minimum of three years in former Bourbon casks sourced from Kentucky. This American single malt is bottled in batches to highlight the nuance of each contributing barrel. Bottled at 92 proof, it showcases its natural color and is not chill filtered.

Expect aromas of vanilla, shortbread, and a touch of cedar on the nose. The silky body brings flavors of orange oil, toasted coconut, and graham cracker to the palate. The soft finish lingers with cinnamon and mild barrel spice.

Sherry Cask Single Malt
Aged a minimum of three years in former Spanish Sherry casks. This American single malt is bottled in batches to highlight the nuance of each contributing barrel. Bottled at 92 proof, it showcases its natural color and is not chill filtered.

On the nose, you’ll pick up scents of honeycomb, apricot, bright lemon, and sugared almonds A silky mouthfeel melds together flavors of hazelnut, soft leather, and toffee. The finish is a slow fade of soft caramel and baking spice.

Cuvée Cask Single Malt
Aged a minimum of four years in first-fill European red wine Cuvée casks. These casks undergo 'STR' treatment, meaning 'Shave, Toast, Re-char.' This process releases beautiful sugars and aromas from the wine casks, along with additional caramel, toffee, and vanilla flavors.

As the blenders taste the progress of the whisky aging in Cuvée casks, a few special discoveries are hand-selected and set aside. These extraordinary casks show a range of depth and complexity, maximizing the influence of both the specialty Cuvée red wine cask and Virginia’s dynamic climate. Each single cask bottling has its own unique flavor profile. This whisky showcases its natural color, and is not chill filtered.
