The ThawTHAT Defroster is a unique aluminum board, designed to thaw frozen meat faster and safer than ever before. It locks in all the natural juices, so you'll never again experience water-soaked poultry or crusty meat from microwave defrosting, or the mushy feeling from meat that's been left out to thaw too long.

The board works via the high conductivity of lightweight aluminum, elevated and angled off the solid surface of your counter or sink. It features tapered risers, a latticed negative pressure block, and a unique thermo liquid sealed inside the aluminum, to provide a super-fast heat exchange, for mega-fast thawing. It can thaw a fully frozen chicken in less than 1 hour, and a fully frozen fish fillet in less than 15 minutes.
