Butterfly Cannon Tequila is a new approach to tequila designed with mixology in mind. Blanco Cristalino is the most traditional of their 3 expressions. Produced by the Destiladora del Valle de Tequila in Mexico, this tequila begins with 7-8 year old agave harvested by hand and baked in traditional steam ovens before being mashed, fermented, and distilled. The 100% all-agave tequila is aged in barrels for up to 30 days before being charcoal filtered to produce a perfectly clear crisp tequila.

Tasting Notes
Balanced, bright, and crisp. Sweet Agave with citrus entry has a soft mouth feel. The finish leaves black pepper and lime peel with earthy agave.

Monarch Butterflies have a unique lifestyle—migrating all through the US via Texas and into Northern Mexico where they overwinter in trees for around 5 months. Sadly, more and more of their habitat in Mexico is being destroyed by intensive and often illegal farming. Butterfly Cannon Tequila donates to the Monarch Butterfly Conservation Fund in an effort to conserve the magic of the monarch migration.
