Does this have the valve opening on bottom to fill with gravel for adding weight to it? Does it need a cover for Ohio winters? How much does it weight?

The Amped Seat & Side Table weighs approximately 18 lbs. This version offered is part of the “Splash” series and has holes in the bottom of the product so it can be used in the shallow water of a swimming pool. The water enters and exits the product through the bottom holes. This version also has cup holders added to the top.

The product does not need to be covered in winter.
