The Maestro carving fork features 7.5” fully forged fork tines. It is the ideal accompaniment to any Maestro carving knife. The straight tines hold meat in place for steady carving, slicing and serving. It is perfect for assisting in carving roasts and transferring to serving tray. Maestro knives and accessories are crafted in Thiers, France by 13th generation knife maker Tarrerias-Bonjean. Using a traditional forge, the full tang blade is precision-forged from one single piece of steel for additional balance, and strength.

The ergonomic handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM) which provides exceptional resistance against heat, impact, and detergents. It is triple-riveted to the full tang for extreme durability.
