The Nonstick Clad 7.9 quart (9.5 inch) Stock Pot is as useful as it is gorgeous. The revolutionary Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating allows for healthy cooking with little to no oils, making it great for any healthy conscious cooking enthusiast. Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C), Nonstick Clad is built from a solid foundation of an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base, alternating layers of alloy and pure aluminum, and topped off with an 18/10 stainless steel layer reinforced with the Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating. The stock pot is ideal for cooking soups, stews, pasta, sauces, braising meat and blanching vegetables.
