The revolutionary Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating allows for healthy cooking with little to no oils, making it great for any healthy conscious cooking enthusiast. Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C), Nonstick Clad is built from a solid foundation of an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base, alternating layers of alloy and pure aluminum, and topped off with an 18/10 stainless steel layer reinforced with the Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating. The stock pot is ideal for cooking soups, stews, pasta, sauces, braising meat and blanching vegetables.
