The special construction of the Nonstick Clad line features a solid foundation of five layers, including an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base, alternating pure and alloy aluminum, and an 18/10 stainless steel layer reinforced with Swiss Diamond's revolutionary nonstick coating. These bonded layers allow for the heat to be distributed evenly throughout the pan, removing all possibilities of hotspots. Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C), the saute pan is ideal for all cooktops.
