Does it come with tools?

No, it does not come with tools.

Does it have casters/wheels to move the tool-box? Do drawers open & close like a regular size tool-box?

It doesn’t have casters but everything else functions exactly like a big toolbox. It is actually made with all the same materials and small versions of ball-bearing drawer slides.

Are the drawers ball-bearing?

Yes they are. All the features are the same as a large toolbox.

Are drawers soft closing?

No, the drawers are not soft closing.

Is the top box attached to the bottom box?

No, it is 2 parts, but it comes with plastic pins to hold them together.

When the lid on the top is closed, are the two draws locked from sliding open?

No, but the lid has a flap that covers the drawers while closed.
