The Staub Tajine is specially made in France with sand casted molds. Each cast iron bottom piece is sanded, polished, and painted with three coats of superheated enamel so that the finish is chip- and scratch-resistant, and won't cause scratches on fine surfaces. The ceramic dome is high fired and chip resistant, along with microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. Professional chefs prefer Staub because of its signature look and quality, which gives you the perfect dish every time, no matter what you're cooking.
