Premium Harbormaster Telescope W/ Arc Mount // 44-Inch

This Stanley London® premium quality, clear-coated solid brass refractor Harbormaster Telescope is mounted on a solid mahogany tripod. This engravable brass telescope uses the highest quality 32-power precision coated optics and is made with dent-resistant heavy 1.2 mm thick brass. The brass has a vapor deposition clear coating so the brass will not tarnish and never needs polishing.

The harbormaster telescope uses precision ground coated achromatic glass optics and produces a clear 32-power non-inverted image. For many years, mariners have considered 32-power to be the ideal balance between magnification and field of view. Focusing is accomplished by rotating a large adjusting ring near the eyepiece. A sunshade protects the objective lens from glare and the inside of the telescope is coated flat black to improve contrast.

The engravable brass telescope is mounted on one of two different heavy castings and a solid mahogany tripod. The maximum height of the telescope is 63" and it can be collapsed to a height of 39". The telescope is easily removed from the tripod, and the tripod collapses efficiently for compact storage.
