The SquidCam iPhone macro lens and iPhone fisheye lens idea was born years ago, but founders Charles Mercader and Sam Dominguez acted on it on September 2012 just before the iPhone 5 release. They created a concept and printed it with their MakerBot 3d printer. In less than a month the SquidCam iPhone lens went from an idea to a product! Fast forward to 2015 and SquidCam is on a new leg of its exciting journey.
