SQUEGG™ is a Bluetooth-enabled smart squeeze ball that serves as a digital dynamometer, an exercise tool, and a grip trainer all in one. It connects directly to the dedicated SQUEGG™ app on your device, letting you measure your grip strength in real-time, and easily track your progress with the in-app stats chart.
The app itself offers two interactive challenges for different ways to train your grip. You can even turn your daily reps into an exciting game by competing against friends or A.I. within the app. Squeeze hard to win a sumo match, bounce off high rise buildings, or fly high to get your treats— all while improving your grip strength.
The ergonomic shape and soft silicone shell offer a comfortable grip, while also ensuring the SQUEGG™ is sealed for added moisture resistance. Inside, a long lasting USB rechargeable battery provides up to 80 hours on use on a single charge, so SQUEGG™ is always ready to train when you are.
