The first release from Champagne Armand de Brignac, the Brut Gold remains the most iconic cuvée in the range. Rich with the old-world tradition of champagne blending, it is a trio of vintages from some of the most lauded terroirs of the region, resulting in a cuvée expressing vibrant and fresh fruit character with a soft texture.

Armand de Brignac is an elite Champagne house in the tiny village of Chigny les Roses, where the Cattier family has owned and cultivated family vineyards since 1763. Today, Patriarch Jean-Jacques Cattier oversees the Chateau's wine production with strictly limited annual yields—ensuring that the family's artisanal winemaking traditions are kept alive in each bottle.

Garnering praise from wine critics and connoisseurs around the globe, Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Brut Gold was voted No.1 Champagne in the world in a blind tasting of 1,000 brands in 2010. Armand de Brignac Champagne was also awarded No.1 Blanc de Noirs Champagne in the world in 2016. Each bottle is coated in metal, then hand polished and finished with French pewter labels. Only 20 bottles can be completed per person per hour in the winery, and as a result, no two bottles are exactly the same.

Tasting Notes
Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. The mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a hint of toastiness, from the unique Armand de Brignac dosage which is aged for one year in French oak barrels.
