Is this for upper or lower teeth?

The SOVA Night Guard 3-D is most comfortable when used on the upper teeth.

What is the difference between 3D and Aero?

The SOVA 3D is our newest model of night guard and provides an easier fitting process due to its semi-premolded 3D design. You still need to use hot water to fit it as you did with the aero but it is much easier to line up perfectly leading to many people getting a better fitment. Once fit, both models are comfortable and protective!

How firm is this? Will it cause teeth abrasion?

SOVA Night Guards are designed to have the same hardness as your teeth which makes them both protective and safe. It will not cause teeth abrasion.

Does this guard mold to the upper and lower teeth?

The pre-formed SOVA Night Guard is can be formed to either the upper or lower teeth.

how long will it last through regular use?

The SOVA Night Guard will last for approximately seven to fifteen months, or longer depending on the user.
