It features a "flip-flop hub" for cruising single speed or turning it up on fixed gear, has front and rear hand brakes, and there are bottle cage eyelets for your thirst quenching needs. With Solé signature geometry and upgraded components, this thing glides.

Does it come assembled?

These models come roughly 90% assembled. You'll receive all of the tools and instructions to complete assembly. To complete assembly, you'll have to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post. We always recommend that if you're not comfortable doing so, you can most definitely bring your order to your local bike shop to complete the assembly process.

What is the "standover height"? The distance from the ground to the top of the horizontal (or top) tube?

Exactly. When standing over the bike you should have roughly an inch or so of clearance.
